The three above are worked examples, not packages. Every module is sold on its own, so a yard that wants deliveries and telematics pays £267 — the carrier portal and the wallboard come with Platform, not on top of it. Every module at once is £933, and nobody runs every module.

14 days free — 30 if you start with a warehouse or traceability — no card either way. Annual billing is two months free. If you do choose a plan and it isn’t for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — the trial counts toward those 30 days, so trying it first costs you none of the guarantee. And if a trial lapses with nothing chosen, the console simply stops the day after it ends: nothing is charged, there is nothing to cancel, and your data stays exactly where it is and exportable whenever you come back to it.

Do drivers need a login?
No. Drivers, checkers and carriers use DockLedger with no account and no seat on your bill — it is how the product works, not a trial limit. Floor staff who do want a login are £12/mo each, after the three included with Platform.
What happens the day after my trial ends if I haven't chosen a plan?
The trial simply ends. Nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel — the console stops, and your data stays exactly where it is and remains exportable whenever you come back to it.
Can I add modules later?
Yes, any time, from Plan & billing — no new checkout and no phone call. The page prices the change and asks the billing server what it will charge before it happens. Switching a module off keeps its records; it just hides the screen.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly or yearly and can cancel any time from the billing tab — it stops at the end of the period you've already paid for, with no notice period and no exit fee. If DockLedger isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full; the free trial counts as part of those 30 days.
Is VAT included in these prices?
No. Every price on this page is quoted excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable, and is collected and remitted by Stripe as part of your invoice.
Where is our data hosted?
London — AWS eu-west-2, on Supabase — and walled off at the database level, so one company can never see another's records.
