Cutting plants on the label
A pack can name up to three cutting plants, each with its approval number, printed on the GS1-128 label exactly as the standard expects.
SSCC on every pallet
Each pallet gets its own GS1-128 licence plate — the SSCC that put-away, picking and traceability all key off, scanned rather than read off a paper docket.
A recall drill, timed
Run the drill against the same four hours BRCGS Issue 9 clause 3.9.3 allows, from either end of the chain, and see the clock as you go rather than after.
Evidence packs, printed
The tree the drill found, the origin as declared, the mass balance, and every despatch note the batch went out on — the one document an auditor actually asks for.
Bench station
A PC at the cutting bench with a serial scale, a USB scanner and a thermal label printer, scoped to that login and that device.
