Live view is your site plan with everything that moves drawn on it: lorries, people, forklifts and pallets. Nothing is typed in for it. Every sign-in, bay, scan, pick, count, put-away and shift start writes a line to the move ledger, and the plan draws the latest line for each thing.
- Lorries go from the gate to a waiting space to their bay and out, as their booking is signed in, sent to a bay, released and signed out.
- People stand at the slot they last scanned, counted or put away at, with how long ago. We do not track where anyone walks.
- Forklifts stand with their driver. Pallets show where they were last put.
- Who is where lists everything by group. Press a row to find it on the plan.
- Replay plays back any day at 1x, 10x or 60x. Drag the scrubber to any moment.
The TV wallboard has the same plan in its Site now panel, with every lorry on site until it leaves, updated every fifteen seconds.
Positions come from sign-ins, scans and shifts, not from tags
A dot is only as fresh as the last thing that person did. A dot that has not been heard from for half an hour fades. Where a colleague last scanned, picked, put away or counted, and when their floor shift last checked in, is shown to owners, managers and office staff and kept for 30 days. Vehicles’ and pallets’ moves are kept for 90.
